REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products are made-to-order through Printful and Tapstitch. Because each item is custom produced, we do not offer refunds or returns for:
    •    Wrong size ordered
    •    Wrong color ordered
    •    Change of mind
    •    Ordering by mistake
    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers
    •    Items marked “Delivered”
    •    Incorrect address entered by customer

All sales are final and non-refundable.

🚫 NO CANCELLATIONS OR ORDER CHANGES

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent into production.

Orders cannot be:
    •    Canceled
    •    Refunded
    •    Modified

This protects our business from fraudulent transactions and chargebacks.

REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We only replace items that arrive:
    •    Damaged
    •    Defective
    •    Incorrect

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at barbership@yahoo.com.

Include:
    •    Order number
    •    Description of the issue
    •    Clear photos of the item and defect

Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If the address is incorrect and the package is returned:
    •    No refund will be issued
    •    Customer must pay a reshipping fee

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows Delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for:
    •    Lost items
    •    Stolen items
    •    Misplaced packages

Customers must file a claim with the carrier.

CHARGEBACK PREVENTION NOTICE

Any attempt to dispute a charge that violates this Refund Policy will be responded to with:
    •    Proof of delivery
    •    Proof of production
    •    Shopify fraud logs
    •    Order confirmation details

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent ban and collections recovery efforts.
